SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken gumbo
1 tbsp. mustard
Dash of pepper
6 hamburger buns

In skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onions until beef is browned. Stir to separate meat. Drain off fat. Stir in soup, mustard and pepper. Heat thoroughly, stir occasionally. Serve on buns. Makes 6 servings.
