GRAMMY'S PASTY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
3 c. potatoes, thinly sliced & cooked
2 to 3 eggs
Salt & pepper
Stewed tomatoes
Cornstarch
Pillsbury hot roll mix

Cook onion and ground beef in pan until browned, then drain. Mix cooked potatoes with 2 or 3 eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix hot roll mix as directed on package. Roll out thickly and place on foil lined cookie sheet. Spread ground beef mixture on center of dough. Spread potato mixture on top. Fold dough over and pinch to seal. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees until browned lightly. Serve with stewed tomatoes thickened with cornstarch.
