SAUTEED SQUASH 
Vegetable cooking spray
1 sm. white onion, thinly sliced & quartered
1 c. thinly sliced yellow squash
3/4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/4 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
1/2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper

Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot. Add onion and saute 1 minute. Add squash and remaining ingredients; saute 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Yield: 4 servings, about 27 calories per 1/2 serving.
