TACO SALAD 
1 lg. can red kidney beans
1 lg. pkg. taco-flavored Doritos
2 lg. tomatoes
1 lg. head lettuce
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper
1 lb. fried hamburger
1 lg. grated sharp cheese

DRESSING:

1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ketchup

Cut up tomatoes and onions. Wash lettuce and pinch apart to edible size. Place all ingredients in large bowl. Drain kidney beans, add. Fry hamburger, salt and pepper to taste. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients, toss.

Mix up dressing in separate bowl. Add to salad mix. Mix in chips before serving to maintain crisp texture. Serve with a smile.
