MARINATED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped or garlic salt
1 broiler, cut up in fourths
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, put in layers in shallow pan, add olive oil, oregano, parsley, vinegar and garlic. Marinate for at least 1 hour and mix. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees; baste. Broil 10 minutes on each side or until brown and tender, keep basting.

Pour balance of liquid over chicken and serve very hot. Can be barbecued, remember to baste.
