CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream-style corn
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Cook meat and onions and season to taste. Drain. Mix cornbread and muffin mixes together according to packages. Add cheese and corn. Add ground beef. Put in a 9 x 12 casserole dish and bake at 350°F until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
