STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 box Rice-A-Roni Spanish rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 green peppers, cut out core & stem

Boil peppers in salted water for about 5 or 6 minutes. Set aside. Cook Rice-A-Roni with tomatoes according to directions. Set aside. Crumble hamburger into skillet with onion and cook until done. Drain grease from hamburger. Combine Rice-A-Roni and hamburger mixture, fill each pepper to top and top each with the shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
