1/4 tsp. cinnamon, to suit taste
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch salt
Dash pepper
1 can Jack Macks or salmons
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream or mayonnaise

Mix together and roll in fine bread crumbs and fry.
