FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head whole cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Remove woody base from cauliflower, leaving cauliflower whole. Cook cauliflower in a 1 1/2 quart dish with 2 tablespoons water for 6-7 minutes per pound covered.

In a 2 cup glass measure, mix mayonnaise, salt and mustard. Heat 1 minute. Spread evenly over cauliflower. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Heat 1 minute, until cheese melts. Garnish with paprika. Serves 4-6.

VARIATION: For microwave, cook covered high power in 1/4 cup water 9-12 minutes; turn over half way. Cover with mayonnaise mix; use 4 slices cheese on top and cook 1 minute at 70% power, rest 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
