ERIC'S CHEESE POTATOES 
1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen, Southern style hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 onion, chopped
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Crushed potato chips

Put hash browns in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour melted butter over the potatoes. Mix Cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and onion together. Spread mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and then with crumbled potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
