CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugar, butter and oil together in large bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, mix well. measure dry ingredients into sifter, sift into bowl. Mix well, then add zucchini, grating into bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Instead of using chocolate chips, t he cake can be frosted.
