TOMATO SURPRISE 
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice

Pour tomatoes into saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from flame. Add Jello, stirring until dissolved. Add vinegar or lemon. Pour into mold and chill. Makes 2 cups. 4 side salads or 6 relish servings.
