2 egg whites
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cream of tartar
2/3 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. mint chocolate chips
Few drops green food color

Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating continuously. Add food color. Mix in chips.

Drop on ungreased cookie sheets. Place in oven preheated to 350 degrees. Turn off oven and let cookies stay in oven 6-8 hours or overnight.
