10 eggs
1/2 to 1 pt. of heavy cream
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 qt. milk (approximately)

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add flavoring and cream. Stir well. Stir in part of milk. Put mixture in an ice cream freezer. Add whatever milk is needed to fill container. Follow freezer directions to freeze. Makes 1 gallon. You can use any type of topping or flavoring you desire.
