TEXAS HASH 
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper

Saute onion and green pepper in fat until tender. Add meat and fry until brown; drain. Place this with the remaining ingredients into a greased baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
