SIX WEEK MUFFINS | |
5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 3 c. sugar 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran (can substitute All-Bran, Fruit & Fiber) Mix these ingredients together. Add: 1 c. oil 1 qt. buttermilk Mix mixture together. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 15-20 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven. Store remaining mixture in covered container. When taking out more mixture DO NOT STIR MIXTURE - ONLY SPOON OUT. Muffin mixture will keep in refrigerator 6 weeks. |
