SIX WEEK MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) raisin bran 5 c. flour 3 c. sugar 2 c. pecans 1 qt. buttermilk 1 c. oil 4 eggs, beaten 3 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 chopped apple 1 tsp. each almond flavoring, butter flavoring and vanilla Mix dry ingredients and add other ingredients. Store in large container. Can be stored in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Bake as many muffins as desired at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
