HAMBURGER SHISH KABOBS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. finely chopped green peppers

Mix ingredients and shape into 16 balls. Alternate on skewers with onion and tomato slices. Broil over coals; put between long pieces of French bread. Yield: 8 servings.
