SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 sm. can Parmesan cheese
6 slices bacon, well cooked and crumbled

Mix sugar into mayonnaise, set aside to use as dressing. Layer in large bowl the lettuce, celery, green pepper, onion and peas. Cover with dressing. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours. Mix before serving. 24 servings.
