CHARLOTTE'S POTATOES AND HAM
SKILLET
 
6-8 lg. potatoes, cubed
2-3 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 stick Mazola butter
Salt and pepper
2-3 c. milk

In large skillet or Dutch oven pot, mix together above ingredients adding enough milk to almost cover mixture. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

Cook on very low heat, stirring often to avoid sticking or scorching milk. It's ready when potatoes are very tender.
