SKILLET HAM SALAD 
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 lb. sharp process cheese diced, (1 1/2 c.)
3 or 4 med. potatoes
Diced and cooked (3 cups)
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook onions, green pepper and meat in hot fat, stirring occasionally until meat is lightly browned. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and salad dressing. heat, mixing lightly. Stir in cheese just before serving and heat until it begins to melt. Good for using left over ham.
