1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together very well. Bake in 3 (9 inch) cake pans. (Approximately 1 3/4 cups batter to each pan.) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix together and spread just between layers and on top. Refrigerate.
