PUMPKIN SQUARES 
350 degrees, 20 minutes. Grease and flour large cookie sheet (about 20x14 inch).

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. Crisco (liquid shortening)
3 eggs
2 c. pumpkin (I use one 15 oz. can)
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves

You may use butter cream frosting, vanilla or vanilla and cream cheese.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 - 1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
