SHERRIED SCALLOPS 
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 lb. fresh scallops
1/4 c. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. dried whole basil

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered 5-10 minutes. Drain scallops; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings, about 118 calories.
