SHELLEY'S SPICY PASTA | |
1/2 c. safflower oil 3 tbsp. sesame oil 1/2 tbsp. crushed red pepper 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. soy sauce 8 oz. cooked spaghetti or fettucini 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped 1/4 c. green onion, chopped 1/4 c. dry roast peanuts Heat oils with pepper very carefully until just toasted - DO NOT BURN. Remove from heat and add all other ingredients, except pasta. Add pasta. Marinate and chill at least 24 hours. Just before serving, add cilantro, green onions, and peanuts. |
