WATERGATE PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts
1 cube butter

Mix together, spread in 12x8 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix and spread over cooled crust.

2 sm. chocolate instant pudding

Mix according to box except use amount of milk as for pie directions.

Pour chocolate pudding over cream mixture and frost with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
