CABBAGE STEW 
1 med. cabbage
1 lg. bell pepper
16 oz. bag of carrots
1 can Rotel Tomatoes and Chilies
2 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. minced garlic
16 oz. can French style green beans
1 lg. onion
2 sticks celery
3 cubes beef bouillon
2 pkgs. Sweet & Low
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 lbs. ground beef

Chop cabbage, onion, bell pepper and celery. Slice carrots. Mix together with tomato juice, tomatoes, garlic, bouillon, Sweet & Low, and soy sauce. Cook on low until tender. Add water if necessary. Add ground beef, dropping raw into soup. Simmer until meat is done. Add French style green beans. Turn off fire and let stand about 5 or 6 minutes.
