SESAME CHICKEN 
4-5 deboned & skinned chicken breasts, cut into 1" chunks
1/4 sesame seeds
3 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger or 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
4 whole green onions, thinly sliced

Mix oil, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, pepper, garlic and green onions. Add and mix in chicken. Cover and chill 1-4 hours.

Arrange chicken and all marinade in single layer in an 8 x 12 inch or larger casserole dish or pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and broil about 6 inches from heat, until golden, about 10 minutes. Turn pieces over and cook about 5-10 more. This recipe is great when served over rice pilaf.
