HOT CRAB SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) can flaked crabmeat
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Makes 6 to 8 open faced sandwiches. Mix together. Spread mix on sesame bun or half an English muffin. Broil until bubbly. Serve with pickles, potato chips and olives.
