Baked according to directions on box. Cool and crumble fine. 2 c. red and green cherries (candied) 1 c. coconut 2 c. pecans Small amount lemon and orange peel 1 c. mixed fruit 1 c. white raisins 1 c. flour
Mix fruit and nuts in paper bag with 1 cup flour. Shake well. Add to cake mixture. Mix Betty Crocker white fluffy cake icing; add to mixture; mix well. Pack in large bundt cake pan. Decorate top with white pineapple, red and green cherries, pecan halves. Place in refrigerator for several days. Cover with glad wrap. Freezes well.
