SOUR CREAM BERRY PIE | |
1 beaten egg 1 c. sour cream (or 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. yogurt) 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Beat all ingredients together in a blender for 5 minutes. Fold in 2 1/2 cups fresh berries or fruit. Pour into pie crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with 3 teaspoons each of flour, sugar, butter and nuts and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Bake an additional 10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
