ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 sm. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
Chocolate syrup

Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Place a layer of whole graham crackers and a layer of 1/2 pudding mixture. Repeat with layer of crackers and last 1/2 of pudding. Add third layer of crackers on top. Spread chocolate syrup to cover graham crackers. Dessert needs to set overnight for crackers to soften. Quick and easy for company.
