CHICKEN SURPRISE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can string beans
1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing mix
Melted butter

Layer in 9"x13" casserole: green beans, mushrooms and chicken. Mix together cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups with mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the chicken and top with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle dressing mix over top and dot with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
