4 c. potatoes, thinly sliced 1 c. whipping cream (more or less) Salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated Place potato slices in bottom of 9" baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Over this, pour whipping cream to almost cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Turn oven off, top with cheese, and return to oven until cheese melts. Jessica's Mom |
