CHEESE TRIANGELS (TIROPITES) 
1 lb. phyllo
1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 lg. cottage cheese, well drained
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
White pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients well, except phyllo, using a blender or hand mixer. Place 1 teaspoon of filling on strip of phyllo and fold into triangles. Place triangles on greased cookie sheet; brush tops with melted butter and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yields approximately 100 pieces, using 2 inch strips.

Note: These may be frozen and then baked in preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
