SEAFOOD GUMBO 
1 stalk celery
Bunches green onion
2 onions
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 lb. crab meat
1-2 lb. shrimp, peeled
File

Chop celery, green onions, onions and parsley. Fry down with a little cooking oil. When almost tender add peeled shrimp, cook until tender adding water to pot 3/4 way full. Add salt and pepper to taste. When almost done add crabmeat. Top with file to taste. Remove from stove top when done. Best to keep cool until ready to eat. File will spoil.
