REUBEN SANDWICHES 
1 can corned beef
1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
1 can sauerkraut

Butter a slice of bread and place butter side down in fry pan. Place a slice of corned beef, 1 slice of cheese and a spoon full of sauerkraut on bread then top with another slice of buttered bread. Brown bread on both sides until cheese melts through. Ready to serve. (Sauerkraut is to be heated cooked good prior to cooking sandwiches.)
