1 slice cooked corned beef 2 slices toasted rye bread 2 tbsp. sauerkraut 1 slice Swiss cheese 1 tsp. Thousand Island dressing 1 serving. Place corned beef slice on one slice of bread. Drain sauerkraut well. Place sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on corned beef. Spread second piece of bread with dressing and place on top. Place on paper plate. Cover with paper towel. Heat on full power for 30 to 45 seconds, or until cheese is melted. |
