SEAFOOD PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab, or imitation crab
1 c. sharp American cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes
1/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie pan. Mix crab meat, cheese and onion into 10x1-1/2 pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth or in blender on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife will come out of it clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
