SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 c. cooked squash (drained well)
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (sharp)
1/3 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise (Dukes)

Stir this together (well). Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with Ritz or saltine crackers. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
