HARVEST LOAF 
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
3/4 c. mini-chocolate morsels

Grease loaf pan. Combine flour, soda and salt with spices. Cream butter in large bowl. Add sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and beat at low speed. Add dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin, begin and end with dry. Stir in chocolate morsels and 1/2 cup of nuts. Pour in pan. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
