1 box yellow cake mix
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
9 x 13 inch cake pan

Prepare cake mix. Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together. Put cake mix in pan, then put cheese mixture on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for over an hour until you can put a toothpick in cake mix and when you remove toothpick it is clean.
