HOLIDAY YAMS 
6-8 med. sweet tarters
Juice off of 1 qt. canned peaches
1/4 stick butter
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon to taste

Cook taters until tender. Peel them, then place them in a baking dish. Combine all other ingredients together and cook until almost thick. This makes the yummy sauce. Pour sauce over tarters then bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Baste regularly.
