SOUR CREAM DESSERT RING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sifted flour

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. instant cocoa mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and cream again. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Sift together salt, baking powder and flour. Fold into creamed mixture. Mix nuts, sugar, cocoa mix and cinnamon.

Spoon half the batter into a greased and floured 9 inch tube pan and sprinkle with half the topping. Repeat and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes.
