SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. vanilla dessert mix

Cream butter, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla. Add oats, cinnamon, soda and flour.

Cook raisins in a small amount of water for 10 minutes; drain and cool.

Mix egg yolks, granulated sugar, sour cream and dessert mix in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add raisins and remaining vanilla.

Pat 1/2 of the oatmeal mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan; bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.

Spread the raisin mixture over the baked crust. Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over all. Bake for 30 minutes more. Makes 24 to 36 bars.
