WACKEY CAKE 
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Mix dry ingredients into ungreased 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix with fork only! Make five holes in mixture. Put oil, vinegar, and vanilla in respective holes. Pour water in before it bubbles. Mix very well with fork. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with Peanut Butter and Chocolate Frosting.

PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. hot coffee (strong instant)
1 to 2 tbsp. milk

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Add extra sugar if too thin, extra milk if too thick.

I made 1 and a half of this cake recipe to fit a 9x13 pan and it worked wonderfully! I kept the icing the same and LOVE IT. The cake was great, not very sweet, but the icing made up for it. Perfect combination and so easy to make!
