TALLERINE 
8 oz. pkg. tiny noodles, cooked and drained
2 lbs. ground meat
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 can Rotel
1 lb. American cheese
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Brown meat, onion, pepper. Drain. Add garlic powder, chili, soup and Rotel. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 meat, 1/2 cheese. Repeat with noodles, meat and water. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add the cheese the last 10 minutes.
