1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar, butter and oil together. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add other ingredients mixing well. Roll into balls and then in sugar. Flatten with glass and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
