SWEET POTATO ROLLS | |
1 c. warm, mashed sweet potatoes 1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. sugar 2 c. Bisquick mix Beat together warm mashed sweet potatoes, butter, and sugar (use mixer). Next, work 2 cups Bisquick mix in slowly with your hands (this will be very wet and moist). You must refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Next, form balls on greased cookie sheet. Make small slit in balls for rolls. Cook in oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Quick and easy. |
