1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (Pillsbury) 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese 1/4 cup fruit preserves 1 egg white, beaten confectioners' sugar, for dusting Separate each crescent roll into a triangle. Spread 1/4 cream cheese on each triangle and leave a 1/4-inch border. Spread 1/4 preserves over cheese. Place another triangle on top and seal the edges. Repeat with remaining ingredients and brush tops with beaten egg white. Bake according to package directions. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar to suit your taste and serve warm.
